Private Studio Retreat: A standalone studio apartment featuring a kitchenette and a bathroom, providing ultimate privacy.
Convenient Location: 3-minute drive to the town center. Restaurants, tour offices, grocery stores are within a short drive. The famous La Fortuna Waterfall 5 minutes away, local hot springs 5 to 15-minutes. Arenal National Park 20 minutes, and Lake Arenal is 25 minutes away.
The space
There are 5 separate apartment units on this property. The units are thoughtfully designed for various preferences: There are two caretakers and one old and friendly small dog that lives on the property. You will be sharing the property with them and other guests.

You will have access to all public areas like the pool area, bathroom and shower in the pool area, the outdoor Bar BQ area, and the gardens.
