気になった点 : 清潔度、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Many Roaches…. Not water bugs but actual roaches. No WiFi, cars got broken into, elevators were broken and we were given 4 towels for a 6 night stay. My first issue was the WiFi because I work remotely and we were there on a business trip. When expressed my concerns I was basically told WiFi was available but it was out of the host control if it was not working properly. I had to use my hotspot on my phone to work and by the 4th day, I had to upgrade my service which costed me more money. Our 1st night we found 4 roaches, the second night it was the same and even woke up to one in bed with us Everyday there were roaches (see pics below) No I didn’t reach back out to the host as I was already given the impression that they didn’t care much. Parting was just okay, security was onsite but that didn’t stop the thieves from breaking into multiple vehicles. 15 floors at this location and 3 elevators but only one was working the whole 6 night stay. Carpets had several stains as if it had never been cleaned and even found dirty dishes in the cabinet. The entry door to the room should’ve been our first red flag as it was rusty out pretty bad. Doorway in the bathroom looked like mold or mildew was growing in it NEVER will I stay here again. Complete and total disappointment
