Papaua Paradise offers you 5 bedrooms in this 4,000 square feet home on the water. Enjoy dining on our large oceanfront deck. Our deck overlooks the tide pools and surfers right out front.

During the season, you will see whales playing and spouting in the Maui Channel.

Our home highlights Koa and red eucalyptus woods which are rare and gorgeous.

You will love our 5 roomy bedrooms and 4 full baths. These allow you to enjoy your own space and seek privacy as needed. Every bedroom provides louvered windows to capture those wonderful traditional breezes

Attention WaterLovers:
Our home is a paradise for water sports! Water surrounds our property by 180 degrees! You can surf, snorkel and swim directly from our front yard!

Everything outstanding! Snorkeling with the turtles right off the villa. Fantastic views of the coast. Gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for our group of nine. (ages 15-82). Loved watching the surfers most any time of the day. Sunset cocktail hour every evening. What could be better! We all agreed that it’s been an ideal week.

Beautiful location

Idyllic location, quiet, gorgeous views, spacious house. We had 7 people and we all had plenty of room. Excellent communication from property manager. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay

This was our third stay at Napili Shores since 2010 and it’s our favourite place to be on Maui. The condo was as advertised and our property manager Kim was awesome to deal with. The property is well looked after and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site rental shop is run by a really nice local family and they have everything you could need for a fun day at the beach or on the water. Napili bay is beautiful and great for swimming or playing in the water. Honokeana Bay to the south and Kapalua Bay to the north are both very good snorkelling spots too and are only a short walk away.

Amazing

The property was located just feet away from Napili bay! I got up every morning and walked around it. The property was clean and everything was in order. Property manager was easy and nice to work with. We plan on staying here again and will reccomend this place to our family and friends.

Wonderful & relaxing stay

I treated my husband to a retreat to celebrate his birthday. This property and room did not disappoint. The room was well-appointed and situated in a great location. We walked to both Kapalua and Napili beaches making great use of the beach chairs that were provided. With two pools in the property I never found them to be too crowded. Plus watching the sunset while sitting in the bluff is a real treat. I would love to stay here again!

Location was very good, nice ocean views and beach right next door. The unit itself was ok. There was a foam pad on the bed but it did not fit, short on both sides and on the top. The Chairs (benches) for the table were very hard to sit on an uncomfortable.

Napili shores … I’ll come back

Was a great time away with my wife. It wasn’t crowded. We could watch the wheels every night during the sunset. Easy to get in and out of. There’s a little market not too far. Nice to be able to walk down to the beach. Just a couple of blocks from the coastal trail. very nice trip. Great for a couple or young families. Was very quiet. Awesome time.

Very Nice Remodeled Unit

Beautifully remodeled unit. We have stayed at Napili Shores multiple times and love the location. There were/are a few issues we encountered that we had not had on previous stays: 1)Noisy loud talking neighbors- this started early and continued beyond “Quiet Times.) 2)Auto alarms sounding at all hours. 3)Unattended small children in pool and hot tub. 4)Shower head has had flow restrictor removed - it stings to take shower. Need to replace restrictor. 5) Darkening drapes are difficult to impossible to open & close without grabbing at top near track. Impossible for shorter person to open or close. 6) Need chairs to sit indoors.

Napili Shores is awesome

Love this property. The condo was very nicely updated. The bed was comfy. We didn’t cook - but kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet at night. Be sure to find the Gazebo “to go” around back if you don’t want to wait in line. Napili bay, Kapalua bay and Fleming beach all very close.

2nd time here. Beautiful views. Temporary Beach access is a little confusing I saw many people trying to access thru the Tide Pools a bit treacherous. There is easy access to the beautiful beach thru the adjacent property (not clearly marked). Great value for this unit. It had everything we needed.

Napili Shores Rocks!

We had been staying at the Kapalua golf villas the previous two evenings and the unit we were in was miserable. Fortunately for us there was an opening at Napili Shores resort and we grabbed it. What a difference! Check in was quick, parking was easy and accessible; room was clean and Air Conditioned; access to all pools was done without fobs and access to beach (Napili Bay) was a brief 3 minute walk around the end of the property. There are 2 restaurants on the property and one down the beach. Perfect location for taking it easy and close to town and store as well. Napili Shores was exactly what we were looking for! Will visit again!

Great place to stay! Excellent property manager - very quick to respond. Great accommodation - and really liked the proximity to beach and the pools/hot tub areas. BBQs on property were a nice touch! Would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Napili Shores C-117 is comfortable, clean, and well equipped in a perfect location. We would appreciate a bathroom update: a bath mat and rug, a clean shower mat, and a heavier shower curtain so water doesn't leak out. A louvered screen window in the front door would help with air circulation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing location in West Maui! You have the sandy beach to the north, and the turtle cove to the south, all within a 5 minute walk. Also, great whale watching at sunset from the beach pool. Four Star dining at The Sea House restaurant just down the beach.

Lovely!

Nice property! proximity to the ocean is excellent, just a walking distance. The apartment provides you with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, close to restaurants and nearby walking trail. I would recommend it and definitely stay there again.

The owners are thoughtful of what you may need. We appreciated having snorkeling gear there and used it both days we were there. We cooked our meals, but there was a binder with lots of local restaurant ideas and other activities of interest. We tried a few of the activities and found the hints helpful. My husband enjoyed the candy treats that were left there for us! The towels and bathroom mats were very nice...I know that's a small detail but an important one. THe grounds are nicely kept and the beach and other things were very convenient. We will definitely go again in the future, and recommend the place to others.

Wonderful place!

Our stay in Napili was everything we could have wanted! Location of the condo was awesome, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Everything at the condo and on the resort was smooth and easy that the toughest decision of each day was where we were going to sit on the beach! Before our arrival, any questions I had were answered very quickly and even got some good tidbits about some snorkeling that we wouldn’t have otherwise ever known! Just and incredible experience all the way around! Mahalo!

Celebrating 35 years of marriage

This was a wonderful place to use as our base for two weeks of adventures in Maui. The resort is in the perfect location for exploring West Maui.
