Family vacation

The property was beautiful . Very clean and 2 blocks from the beach. The pool was awesome and all amenities were great. Great for families!

This was our first time to Wildwood Crest. The location of the condo is perfect for the beach, for restaurants, parks, the Boardwalk, and close to Cape May. The condo itself needs some tender, loving care and a good cleaning. The furnishings are sparse for 6 people. One bedroom had nothing but a small dresser and a bed- no bedside tables and a broken lamp.

Great Location & Condo

Lots of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Well maintained with stocked kitchen and very clean when we arrived. Washer & dryer were a huge plus!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Good view of the beach from the balcony. Nice area. My only complaint was the parking spots were very tight. I was told it would fit a Ford F-150 and although we got it in, we just barely did. I would stay here again, just would bring a smaller car.

The condo was spacious and was well stocked with everything you would need. Check in was easy. I had to contact the host once and got a response immediately, I really appreciated that. My group had a great time! I highly recommend this property.

Great location, easy check in

Prime location! The check in process was easy. The place wasn’t as clean/well kept as I prefer but it served its purpose. I bet it’s hard w a rental but the pots and pans were not usable, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, and there was a smell in the kitchen area. The parking garage was so great for packing up, the ocean view was appreciated, the park and bike rental right across the street got a lot of use. We were even able to walk to the boardwalk. The owners seemed very nice- so much that I feel bad leaving this review but I have to be honest, I wouldn’t stay there again.

A dorm room experience

Tried to reach hosts day before, the number listed didn't work and couldn't message them. Day of, they notified us the bunk beds weren't there anymore; with a different family dynamic, could have been an issue. One of beds had sand in its clean sheets". Kitchen was bad - couldn't even fry an egg with the fry pans - they were awful. Fridge handle was disgusting and the glass kitchen table was filthy upon arrival. I had to go get cleaning stuff. Place needs a good scrubbing from floor to ceiling. Only good thing was the location. Won't be renting here again.

Wildwood Crest

Family of female’s from Ohio & PA. Loved our stay in Wildwood Crest. Our condo was almost perfect with the beautiful views of the beach & great location. Loved the condo and its accommodations fit us perfectly. The pool was very nice, it was well stocked with beach chairs & accessories, paper supplies & bath towels. Kitchen well stocked with cookware & eating utensils. Loved the furnishings! Only cons were that we had one barely sharp knife and a crazy kerig coffee pot with a mind of its own. The cleaning crew between guests should dust the baseboards better and change the sheets. We had sandy sheets from previous guests that were on all the beds, that we washed in the the W/D provided. As far as the cleanliness of the rest of the condo, it’s very doable & seemed almost new, though the interior construction is somewhat sloppy. This condo was easy for us to clean to our liking, The property managers were very helpful & pleasant. The grills were a life saver, but only one worked haha. The outside was very clean property & loved having a private garage to park. We would stay again!

Block to Beach, Comfortable, Clean !!!

Stayed at this condo for an annual summer holiday with family. We found the condo very clean and well appointed upon arrival and very much enjoyed being one block from the beach. Two parking spaces are available with ample street parking (with NO parking meters) just around the corner. The well equipped kitchen came in quite handy for nights we did not want to dine out as well as for mid-afternoon lunches after a day at the beach. The large elevator makes for an easy loading and unloading of personal items as did the amount of storage & closet space. The in-unit washer & dryer came in quite handy during the week. Certainly enjoyed the corner patio, with a constant light breeze, for late evening hangouts that provided a great view of the beach. Speaking of views, the bedroom windows made for a great wake up view of the morning sun and ocean view. The week of our visit was during the third summer heatwave with some days in excess of 95 degrees but the condo's A/C had no trouble keeping us comfortable during the days & evenings. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms for blow up mattress for the little ones in the family. Our only regret was booking this condo for one week instead of two. Hopefully, you and your family will have as an enjoyable experience as us at this property. Frank W.

Owner not very nice.

My wife spent 2 hours cleaning sheets that were suppose to be provided for us clean. Micro wave door has metal casing falling off that can cut someone. Refrigerator door inside has cardboard blocking shelve. Ants all over kitchen walls and counter. Owner herrased us about someone breaking elevator. Saying my son did it when we weren't even around when it happend. Told me he was sending me the bill with no proof of my son doing it. Very disrespectful and made our last 2 days there not good. Our son can't even reach what was broke. Just pointed the finger at him without talking to us. I will not be renting from this disrespectful family again. My family and I Vac. There every year and this was the worst experience.

Great Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It would be nice if there were an outside shed available for beach toys, wheeling cart etc. Otherwise, it was great and as described.

Very nice property. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The ocean view was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and picnic area with 2 gas grills was a nice bonus. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars was because not all of the beds had fitted sheets and there were not a lot of towels. Fortunately I had brought some extra towels. The listing says it sleeps 7 but I think that would only work if some of the guests are small children. We were 4 adults and a teenager so it was tight. I would stay here again.

Great location!

My family loved it here. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Great location with short walk to the beach. Nice pool to cool off in. Loved drinking my coffee every morning on the terrace while watching the ocean! Will definitely be back next year!!

Condo met expectations but was dirty

The condo met our expectations. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. It is located a block from the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beach. The condo is approximately a mile from the beginning of the boardwalk in Crest and about a mile and a half from Wildwood. The only complaint I had was cleanliness. Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes as I had to scrub the kitchen and both bathrooms. Wet towels were left in both bathrooms and the kitchen that I had to clean. For the price I should not have had to clean up after the pervious people.

Very disappointed

Not what was expected. Living space is quite small, yes it sleeps 7 but it cannot accommodate 7 for dinner. Kitchen lacks the utensils, pans, bowls, etc. The water pressure was extremely low and when I reached out to the owner I never received a response. This place needs a lot of TLC. Very unwelcoming, you can tell the owners don't care about this place. Would not recommend. The 2 positives were the pool and the fact that we were a block from the beach. This is my first bad experience going through VRBO in all the years that I've rented. Very disappointing.

TOO MANY CONS

This condo was only one black to beach and had a great ocean view. Too bad it had too many cons. In the bedrooms, the carpets were stained and the comforters and pillows were dirty and ripped. Good thing I brought my own. In the kitchen, the cabinets need to washed down inside and out. It did not have a kettle, blender and enough cups/glasses. There were nice flat screen televisions throughout the condo but the cable channels were LIMITED. There was a storage unit for beach equipment but no key. I requested a key several times from the owner but never heard from him. This condo is in a perfect location. I have rented in this complex several times. This condo needs some updates and some simple touches to make it more homey.

Blissful relaxation

Had a wonderful time at the beach in this great condo! Spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and a full kitchen made everything a breeze. Everything in the Wildwoods is easily accessible from here: beach is a block away, trolley to the boardwalk stops across the street, park and playground a block away for when you're tired of the beach, with convenient bike rental place and a bike/walking path that goes along the dunes to the boardwalk. Also easy quick food options (diner-like) less than a block away at neighboring motels (Admiral, Oceanview, and Royal Hawaiian). Condo was fully cleaned and ready for our arrival on time. Pool directly downstairs visible from balcony, and you can see the beach from every room. Thanks!

Great location.

Very close to the beach. Condo needs to be completely scrubbed down. Toothpaste on the rug in bathroom, hair on bathroom shelves, ceramic tile floor was sticky, scrambled eggs in bottom of kitchen trash can, spilled drinks or food on kitchen chairs, kitchen cabinets and walls. We bought Mr. Clean and wiped everything down. Nothing but dirty comforters to cover up with and decorative pillow covers on pillows no pillow cases. 8 channels to watch on TV and internet connection was so slow it was worthless. We washed all the sheets because we weren't sure they were clean. Its too bad that the property is not clean because the location is wonderful. Close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away that you are not bothered by the noise or crowds. The pool is professionally cleaned everyday and the grounds around the condo are nice as well. Be sure to eat at Bayview Rest. and take a drive down to Cape May (10 minute drive).
