The Space
As soon as you enter this cozy home, you are welcomed by a contemporary open-plan living area, designed and furnished with numerous modern amenities throughout this stylish home. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax, as we designed it with blissful comfort and relaxation in mind. We offer an authentic experience and easy access to the best destinations.

The living & dining area is an open floor plan, welcoming family room with a smart TV, for entertaining and interaction. There is also a sunroom/seating area where you can relax or sit and read a book. There are also board games and cards in the cabinet in the living room under the TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range and oven, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig single-serve pod coffee machine. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.

There is a laundry room in the kitchen area that has a washer and dryer as well; an iron/ironing board for your use. There is a supply of laundry detergent located on the cabinet above the machines.
This home is a comfortable three-bedroom house, with two full baths.

The master's bedroom is on the main floor & it has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, closet, smart TV where you can watch movies and a full body mirror for your “outfit check” and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity mirror, & shower. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, smart TV where you can watch movies. You can open the curtains in the room to get natural light.

There is a fully equipped Jack and Jill bathroom with a vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.

The third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp and dresser is also available, and smart TV with a full body mirror on the corner of the room.

On the back patio you have outdoor seating; this is a great space to relax with a cup of coffee & enjoy the Florida weather and view of the golf course.

Guest access
We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. One Parking Space is available in front of the townhouse labeled “4827” & there are “Visitor” spaces available next to the townhouse & across the street.


Other Things to Note
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
