Welcome to the Coastal Cottage! This brand new construction home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore. This pet friendly coastal cottage home has everything you will need for your next beach vacation. 4 beach cruiser bikes are available for you to use during your stay, along with family games and 3 smart tv's. Grill your favorite meal out on the back porch where you will also find comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas firetable. The backyard is fenced in, which allows privacy and room for your pet to play. Steps from the front door you have access to a community play ground, with playground equipment, basket ball hoops, tennis courts and ball field.



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the home, you will be delighted with the chic décor and coastal vibe. The open living area features a modern kitchen with new appliances and all of the essential small appliances including a Keurig dual coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer and air fryer! In the living room there is a large screen smart tv, and comfortable seating. There is room to sit at either the kitchen bar or a dining table for meals or your favorite family game. There are several games to choose from in the living room cabinet.



When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a bike ride, the home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with comfortable bedding, large flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. There is also a large walk-in closet. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, flat screen smart tv and closet. The third guest bedroom also has a queen bed with comfortable bedding. For additional sleeping space there is also an air mattress available to your use. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use during your say.



For our safety and yours, all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, and all linen surfaces. All laundry services include a CDC-approved laundry sanitizer.



We make it easy for you to stay with us! Drive straight to the house and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.
