New listing!! About The Home: This 1,700 SqFt, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in downtown Telluride is bright and airy with contemporary finishes and lots of natural light. The porch is a serene haven, elevated slightly to offer unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The space is adorned with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation.

This property lives on three levels with an entertainment/game room on the first floor, main entry and both guest bedrooms/bathroom on the second floor, and the primary bedroom, kitchen/living, and powder room on the third floor. The third floor features an open floor plan with a dining area, well appointed kitchen, spacious living area, and vaulted ceilings. There is a east-facing deck off the third floor with a natural gas grill.

The entire home is thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean. The furniture and artwork is thoughtful and well-curated so you can relax and enjoy Telluride in comfort. This townhome is a standalone residence with no shared walls.
You will have everything you need for your Telluride vacation so no need to bring supplies other than your luggage and food!

The home is well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, garbage bags, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware and mugs, and plates and bowls.

Location: This property is on the historic West Pacific Ave. Blocks away from anything in town. Bring a car if you would like but it is not necessary. The grocery store, Clark's Market, is only a three minute walk which makes picking up last minute food as easy as possible, and There Bar and Siam Telluride are dining favorites that are a 2 minute walk, too. And right next to Siam Telluride is Wine Mine for your liquor, wine, and beer needs.

Very responsive host. The unit was exactly as described and in great location. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The kitchen has all you need if you want to prepare a meal in, but you are also a short walk to lots of dining options or the gondola if you want to explore mountain village. Would book again.

Awesome Rental - Great Location

We had a great experience with this rental property. The owner was great at communicating and worked with us on everything we needed, and more. The property was clean, easy to find, and in a perfect location, whether you want to ski or just enjoy the town of Telluride. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in old Telluride

This is a delightful home in a convenient location to everything in town and the mountain. It's a short walk to the center of town, the grocery store, and the free gondola. (We didn't move our car for the entire week. Covered parking!)The house itself is just as pictured. The upstairs is light and airy with mountain views and ample space for our family of four adults for meals and hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, large walk-n closet, and good-sized dresser. Plenty of room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms -- one with a queen, one with bunks -- are smaller and snug for multiple adults, but certainly adequate for younger family members.We didn't use the basement game/TV room because we enjoyed lounging upstairs, but it would be great for a family with younger kids. Our host was proactive and responsive to any questions or just to change a light bulb.
