The beach view was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and respectful. Highly recommended.

Excellent house. Very spacious, John the owner came and showed us around which was so helpful. Lots of good suggestions too. Very highly recommend.

The place is amazing! Great location, every amenity possible and the owners are so friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to Miami!

Bachelorette weekend

Honestly, this property is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is clean and up to date and everything worked as it should. Great communication with the propert manager. I would definitely recommend staying here.

50th birthday celebration

I’ve just spent an amazing 5 days at Sandcastle villa in Miami with ten friends from London for my 50th birthday celebration.The pictures do not do the property justice. It had everything you could wish for to make it a special stay.The owner John was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was so much trouble for him. If you’re looking for somewhere to have a memorable stay, then this is the place for you

Miami reunion

Had a great time. The place was comfortable and well laid-out. Great for a large group. John was extremely attentive and helpful. The house is well-equipped. The only (slightly) negative is that there are some aspects of the house (cabinets, appliances, etc) that are showing their age/use. Overall great place!

Bachelorette weekend

Phenomenal. This house was absolutely breathtaking and incredible - more beautiful than the listing could do justice. Further, the entire team working with John and John himself were so incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. I can’t emphasize enough how much the entire bachelorette group loved this house, location, and space. I hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you John!!!!!!

Better than advertised!

I just returned from an amazing weekend at this house. I booked this place for a business retreat with my team. The weekend exceeded our expectations. The house is even more impressive than the pictures. John (the owner) and his team are top notch. I booked the yacht and a few catered meals and both took the trip a whole new level. The yacht was superb and the meals were sublime. John served as both our chef and our captain. If you are considering this house book it today! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing 40th Birthday Weekend!!!

My family and friends couldn't of asked for a better weekend in Miami celebrating my 40th birthday. The house was amazing! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful including the property manager (Randy). Anything we needed they were more than happy to accommodate. The communication with the owner (John) prior and during the stay was exceptional. We choose to have the brunch and dinner option catered at the house by the staff and all the guests including myself were blown away by the quality and taste of the food. If you are thinking about choosing this property for a stay in Miami than think no further... THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Bachelorette Dream Weekend

We had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous waterfront home for my bachelorette weekend! From start to finish, John and his team were amazing. John was super responsive to any questions we had, both before and during our stay, and made the whole experience so smooth.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, a quick tour of the property, and even a bottle of champagne to kick off the weekend—such a thoughtful touch!The home itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a group. With two master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and an amazing pool area, it easily and comfortably fit all 14 of us.While it’s a bit further from South Beach, the location was actually ideal. It was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a night out, and getting Ubers was super easy. Honestly, if you're looking for a luxurious, clean, and relaxing space with great vibes, this is the one.Huge thanks to John and his team for helping make my bachelorette weekend unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent for a Large Group

John and his staff were excellent hosts and we truly enjoyed our trip. The highlight was the catered dinner they prepared for our group and how they were able to customize the menu for us. We had a couple of issues but John and his staff rectified them as soon as possible. Others mentioned the wear and tear on the house and that is true as could be expected for a house used in this capacity. Nothing that made the trip less enjoyable. I do feel like it could have been a little cleaner in areas though with more attention to detail. Pros Large spaces for guests Nice outdoor area with pool and hot tub Pool table, shuffleboard and corn hole Bedrooms were nice for all guests Decent free parking Nice TVs Responsive host Catering available Good location for driving or Uber (but wouldn’t recommend walking) 2 sets of washers and dryers Cons Not all rooms had private bathrooms

CRIBS : MIAMI

Words can't even describe how incredible John's residence of South Beach Villas is. I felt like I was walking into a in episode of MTV Cribs, as there are basically three stories to the house. I came for my Bachelorette Party with a group of 18 girls - and we had different events and plans the whole time, and really had some of our best times of the trip at the house, and in the pool! The house is located on the water, and the downstairs hangout area is the perfect party spot- pool table, cornhole, and full grill and bar area. We rented the yacht out for the day which was incredible and such a blast! Randy and the South Beach staff was amazing and we had a couple of meals catered which he absolutely perfected and the presentation was top notch! This is the BEST place to come with a group, we didn't want the trip to end! John, we're moving in!!! Thank you for the most incredible trip ever- I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming out to Miami! About 25 minutes from the airport and a 20 min ride into South Beach!

Amazing Stay and Amazing Service

What an unbelievable experience from start to finish. The pictures do not do this house justice. The house has everything you could possibly think of and is true paradise. To be honest, it's quite a bargain for what you're getting so I would say value is another huge positive. I can go on and on about the house but what made everything special for us was the attentiveness of John and Randy. We took advantage of the Yacht and catered brunch and I would highly recommend everyone to take advantage of everything John has to offer. His yacht is beautiful and has tons of space to lounge and chill. You can tell he just enjoyed being out there with us and was in no rush to get us home. That really made the day special. We had catered brunch the following day and it was amazing. John and Randy nailed down every detail with that as well and it was the perfect way to start a day. All in all, it's a no brainer to book this house if you have a large group. Thanks John and Randy again for everything.
