Great place to stay downtown. Walking distance to City Hall and subway. My son and i were in town for 2 Phillies games but wanted to experience the city. Easy walk to subway and short ride to stadium. Coming home was even faster. We walked around the city and it's close to so many places to eat as well as little markets right around the corner. Staff was great. Parking was pricy but you can park literally next door for half the price or use the ParkIt app.Read many reviews that were negative but we loved it. Room was clean and the Breakfast Cafe was great. Did not use the pool. Plan to stay there again.

It was good. The room served its purpose as we just stayed for the weekend. Clean room with a pretty city view. Great location. The pool, however was a bust. I always book a place with a pool for my kids. Before we entered the pool a security guard looked and my son and said no jumping, diving, or splashing. Huh? It’s a pool! A group of young men were in the pool having fun and they were chastised by the security guard. It’s a freaking pool. We only went once during our stay because it was a downer of a pool.

Carpet in rooms was unexpected (who has carpet anymore?) and it largely stained /soiled in the corner of where the bed was placed. Tried to communicate with front desk to no avail. Check out process was odd, they could not give me a receipt. Coffee shop in lobby was out of milk and cream at 9:30 am. I won’t be back.
