Located just 2 minutes from Aiken Regional Hospital and USCAiken and 5 minutes from Downtown Aiken. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, and just 5 miles from Bruce’s field. Located right off of Richland Ave near Jefferson Davis Hwy and only 9 miles from Aiken Technical College. Just 30 minutes from the Master’s. Remodel home with heat on demand water heater
Master bedroom: full size bed, new mattress, new pillows, vanity with mirror, luggage rack, and tv with firestick remote
Master bathroom: walk in closet and shower with a hamper. Extra towels and washcloths are available.
Bedroom #2: full size bed, new pillows, full length mirror, luggage rack, tv with firestick remote, and closet
Bathroom #2: shower and bathtub combo
Cleaning supplies are available for our guests to use during their stay. Extra towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and a hamper are available for our guests. Extra paper towels and toilet paper are provided as well.
Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and dining needs. Enjoy making your coffee with our Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee maker. Coffee pods, coffee grounds, creamer, seasonings, sugar, flour, disposable plates, disposable cups, straws, and more provided. Utensils, pizza cutter, can opener, wine bottle opener, and knives are available in the kitchen. A Crockpot, an Air Fryer, a Kitchen Aid Mixer, a Toaster, a Waffle Iron, Mixing Bowls, and a Blender are available for our guests to use during their stay. Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher available for use during your stay. Tide pods and dryer sheets are provided inside a laundry basket.
Living room: tv with firestick remote, new couch, and new swivel chair
Books and games are also available for our guests.
Fenced in Grass Backyard: deck with patio furniture
Driveway: parking available for up to 4 cars
The driveway is big enough for a horse trailer or trailer with equipment.

We have a weekly trash pickup service. Please take the trash can down to the end of the driveway on. Monday night.
The outdoor storage building in the backyard is not available to guests. Please do not park on the grass.

Best place in Aiken!

This was hands down the best place we have stayed at in Aiken! We travel to Aiken every summer, and this place was located in a great area, close to everything, and it was clean, comfortable, nice, and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We will definitely try to stay here again, if it isn’t booked. Loved it!

Very Enjoyable

This property is very comfortable and very well maintained. Nice furnishings, and the host has it well stocked to make you feel welcome. The host is also very responsive and helpful.

Great hospitality!

The house was very clean with all modern amenities. The host’s hospitality was great! He left refreshments for us to snack on and very ample blankets, towels, and pillows. I’d absolutely stay here again! Also, nice quiet neighborhood.

It was all the little touches and accommodations that made it an 11 for us!!! We came for our daughter’s graduation from USCA and it was perfect for us. We’ve been coming to Aiken for the last 4 years and I’m bummed we didn’t find this gem earlier. Would highly recommend this little home away from home!!!

Great house and Host

I’ve stayed at several VRBO‘s and this one by far was the one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.The hostess was easy to communicate with and her home was warm and inviting and very clean. She had everything we needed plus, she provided snacks, bottled water, juices and toiletries. It was close to downtown. Would definitely stay in this home again when coming to Aiken.Thank you.
