Enjoy all the comforts of home, close to Downtown and Sierra Nevada Brewery . This quiet neighborhood will be the home base you need while visiting Chico. Fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, oil , spices and coffee. 2 bedroom 1 bath with washer/dryer, large screen TV with Netflix, and amazon prime. Split type ductless heat/AC in all rooms. Please don’t hesitate to message with any questions or requests.
