About this space
Located above Summerland Winery tasting room and just steps form the beach you can’t beat the location. The building is located right on the main street of town with stores, restaurants, antiquing and much more just steps away. The suite is stocked with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation.Watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine from your spacious balcony or pack a picnic and watch from the sand. Thoughtfully decorated, clean and spacious- you’ll never want to leave!
The space
Two bedroom suite with kitchen, living room and balcony with ocean views. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a bunk bed ( twin over a full). Both rooms have full bathrooms inside the rooms. There is a twin daybed in the living room that can be used for sleeping as well.

Great Summerland Spot

Cool little spot in Summerland. Was walking distance to beach and restaurants and a great hangout spot. Would stay again!

Great location! Cute home!

Amazing location! Walked to breakfast and lunch. Cool shops, the winery below the unit is a fun place to hang out. Definitely will come back!

Charming Beach Town

We had an incredible stay. The cottage was clean, upgraded and no noise Issues. Parking was simple and walking to restaurants, shops and the beach was all within 5 minutes. We also reconnected with the Montecito area shops and restaurants. Great getaway

Perfect Beach Getaway with All the Charm!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Summerland Beach Condo! Our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. The condo itself was absolutely darling, with a breathtaking view and just steps away from coffee shops, tea spots, and delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's only a short Uber ride to Montecito’s fantastic restaurants, adding to the perfect location. The condo was immaculate and super comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to whip up anything we wanted. Summerland is a quaint, charming town, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk to the beach nearby. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and the setting was ideal for a girls’ getaway! One of the highlights was visiting the winery just below, adding a fun and unique touch to our stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located retreat with character and all the essentials, this spot is unbeatable!

Perfect Family Wedding Weekend

Very comfortable for a family weekend. We enjoyed the large balcony area to hang out and watch the adorable town below. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. 4 Adults and 2 children and we had lots of room. Would absolutely stay there again.
