You’ll even find an outdoor shower for a convenient rinse after a day of exploring.
Inside, the common area exudes sophistication with vaulted ceilings, creating an airy ambiance. Relax in the sitting area or perch on barstools in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a wine refrigerator, full-size ice maker, and a spacious island counter.

- The home has direct access to the Pedernales River. There are 100 stairs that provide guest access to the river.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- Space for 2-3 cars is available in the gravel driveway.
- Do not drive past the yellow chain.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
