The house is in the new settlement of Ligoneri. At the foor of the settlement is a small beach of the same name.
The property is located next to a beautiful byzantine church, and is close to the local beaches of Vrelos, Kaiki, Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos.
Furthermore it is 5 minutes walk to the closest horse and carriage, that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island (remember, no cars allowed on the island!)
Please note, at the top of the settlement there is a mini market where you can make your purchases or ask for home delivery during your holidays.

The house is located 25 minutes walk from the main port of the island (dapia) and 30minutes walk from the old harbor where most of the restaurants and bars are located. There are no cars allowed in the island but in case you rent scooters you can park them in front of the house.
Please note that there are two bus stops nearby. Cheap local buses offer transport to Dapia and Vrelos beaches.
