The upper floor includes a third bedroom with a full-size bed, a washer and dryer for added convenience, a half bathroom, and a versatile fourth bedroom or bonus room with a twin-size bed and a desk. Please note that this townhouse is located in a building with another unit. This unit begins on the 2nd floor and extends to the 3rd floor. A single-level garden-style unit is located on the first floor. This unit has access to the front door, foyer area, driveway, and deck but not the yard.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Parking for 2 cars.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
