This is an AMAZING Casita featuring 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. Very cozy and comfortable! You will have all you need. Our place is great, safe, and friendly. The house has one private parking. The place is super clean and very comfortable for a long stay. You can always request extra cleaning during your long stay (for a fee). You'll have all you need and we will be happy to provide anything extra to ensure your satisfaction. The house has lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!
The space
The house is like you see in the picture. The backyard will make you feel you are in the Caribbean, we love our space and you will too.

We have one private parking spots and a private entry to the backyard. Plenty of space to park on the street if need it.

Below you will find the rules to follow during your stay:
*This residence is for adults only. * The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, so please regulate the noise anytime, all days of the week, special at night after 10 pm. If you violate these rules will be Fine $2500/day + damages
* If you smoke, please smoke outside the house not inside. Any kind of vape, cigarettes, marihuana, etc. IS NOT ALLOWED inside the house. The cleaning crew charges $1,000 to deodorize the place.
* No gatherings, events, or parties allowed. Fine $2500 /day+damages
* No allowed any kind of drugs. Fine $2500/day + damages
* No pets or animals allowed. Fine $500/daily+damages
* Trash day is every Tuesday.
* NO glass of any kind is permitted in the backyard including the pool area$10,000 fine if damaged or touched.
* Guests are not allowed to touch pool pump heater or pump, $10,000 fine if
damaged or touched.
* Diving is NOT allowed in the pool.
* For the safety and protection of the property, there are FOUR exterior camaras and ONE inside the garage. There are TWO camaras in the rear. ONE views the entire back yard, and ONE views the pool/spa pump. there are TWO camaras facing the front. ONE camara by the garage and ONE other view the front of the property. These are not to be tampered with. Any action to disable or obstruct the view will result in a $500 fine for each day of the obstruction/disablement.
