We had a fantastic stay in Kimberly and Brian's condo. It was the perfect location to be convenient to everything but far enough away from the strip to be quiet and calm. The unit was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We had everything we needed for a very nice stay. I highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at this Condo was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the pictures. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it feel cozy, welcoming, and luxurious all at once. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.The location was perfect, close to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved how comfortable the beds were and how clean and organized the entire space felt. This was my best experience I had renting a condo. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This condo was very clean and incredibly supplied with everything, even a small cooler for your car. The kitchen had everything from spices, baking dishes, foil wrap, paper towels, coffee supplies etc. The bedrooms had extra pillows, blankets, lots of towels, hangers, tv. The laundry had plenty of detergent available with a basket. I come out the Las Vagus to hike and climb at Red Rocks Canyon and I hope this condo will be available for my next trip.

The condo is exactly as listed! Kim was such a gracious and attentive host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt much more comfortable and relaxed there rather than a hotel!! We didn’t want for anything! We have family in Vegas so we will be booking with Kim again!!

We were in town for a wedding. The location was central to everything. I liked that it had reserved parking close to the unit at the front on the complex. It’s located in a quiet community. The beds we’re comfortable and the unit was clean.
