Beautiful and cozy single story house that can accommodate a family or a group of friends. 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms with TV in every room, 5 beds total including a bunk bed and a king size. The house is 15-20 minutes away from most major destinations on the Las Vegas Strip. This home features a large backyard with a private pool and a Gazebo. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you will need to cook a meal, you're also a 3-5 min drive away for many local restaurants and shopping centers!

Comfortable and spacious

The house was clean with sufficient supplies. The outdoor furniture was a little worn but the pool was clean and refreshing.

Nice house but horrible neighborhood

The house was perfect for what we needed although pretty dirty. We cleaned ourselves and was blown away at how black the rags were. But the neighborhood is absolutely horrendous. The house to the right is abandoned with a fence around it and graffiti everywhere. The house to the left was full of some very scary looking people. I would NEVER stay here with a family.

Potential

The property is beautifal and has great potential but... The host didn't give us access to the place until the following day when VRBO contacted cause the host did not answer 3 of my calls, or two of my messages. I lost an entire day at the races because of this. We had to stay in a hotel the first night, because of no access to the property. Which VRBO covered the cost. And the host reimburced us $200. Which harldy covers the inconvience we experienced. Once we were able to get in, it was a huge disappointment. The place was very dirty. Cob webs and dust all over. The floors were disgusting, I have an infant that crawls and her hands, knees, and clothes were black from the dirt on the floor. The pool had a lot of dirt on the floor. The kitchen was not stocked with everything you need to cook. The washer/dryer ruined an entire load of name brand clothing. The kitchen chairs need to be rebuilt or replaced. Two of them were clolasped in the middle. There was hardly enough dishware, silverware, or glasses for a family to make it through a day of eating. There was leftover sauces, and condiments in the fridge past there date. There is a lot more that I could list, but I'll leave it at that. The place had clearly not been taken care of, cleaned properly or maintained, nor stocked as stated. I would not recommend staying here until things are fixed.

Run down, Broken furniture, Filthy.

The home was extremely filthy (dried food on table, mats and walls, floor made feet black, bathtubs had mold growing around the edge. Master bath tub clogged, drained very slowly (gross). Linen contained dirty linens and everything was wadded up and chaotic. The pool area looked like Sanford and Son. The pool chairs were broken and rusty. The home had a really bad odor. The front entrance was dirty, food delivery advertisements, realtor business cards, and trash littered the entrance.

Family Getaway

The pool was nice and there was plenty of space to spread out. The property and furniture could use some updating. Many things were falling apart. We also weren’t able to get the water feature to work for the pool. We had to run to Walmart a few times to supplement things- there wasn’t a can opener and not really any toiletries. We appreciated the simple check-out list and that we were able to get early access to the property.

Clean and comfortable

The home was clean and comfortable. We were excited about the pool but sadly it was a bit too cold for that. The location was great, very close to a Wal-Mart and other shopping. Just a few suggestions.... the kitchen did not have a can opener. The frying pans need to be replaced. There are no cereal bowls. At least three of the kitchen chairs need to be replaced or re-cushioned you can feel all the boards in the seat. And you should replace the vertical blinds in the kitchen every time you try to open or close them the individual pieces fall out, very hard to maneuver.

Would not stay again

The house could have so much potential. It’s very outdated. The vertical blinds in the kitchen and master bedroom were broken (missing several of them) so we had to hang up sheets and blankets so nobody could see in. They took HOURS to respond to a simple question about the tv. The house smelled musty like it had been shut up for months. The couches were dirty and had crumbs all over them like someone had eaten there and not cleaned up. The pool in the back was dirty and had an empty chip bag floating in it. The sliding door in the kitchen doesn’t open at all. Then the day we were checking out, the neighbor came and knocked on the door and asked me to contact the owner because she owed him money. I emailed her and did not get a response at all. The house was way overpriced and not worth it. Like I said the house has potential, but Overall I would not stay again.

Family meeting new baby

The house was lovely. 1 issue with pool...was taken care of right away. 1 issue with air conditioning. Owner sent someone to fix it. Because it was unable to be fixed the first time the owner refunded 2 nites stay because we were unable to sleep in home due to no air. That was more then fair. The air did get fixed but we were leaving.

Felt just like home!

This house was truly beautiful, it was such a large space for my friends and myself. We felt right at home with all the paintings, and cooking supplies provided by the hosts. We most definitely will be seeing if we can stay here again!

Overall Nice Property

The property owner was readily available, responsive to our needs, and quite cooperative in many ways. The master bed is very comfortable but the bedroom lacks a bureau. We stayed a full month so we missed not having drawers for small clothing. The hanging chandelier in the living room is a head banger and needs to be removed or raised. The TV is an annoying feature: it’s Roku and is mounted 6 feet above the floor. Way too high for comfortable viewing. The backyard and pool are spacious with nice seating/eating and BBQ area. The Suburban neighborhood is quiet with easy access to everything around Vegas. Overall we enjoyed our one month stay here and would definitely return.
