Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! We are tucked away in a nice, calm neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Enjoy the bright Nevada weather by swimming in our lovely private pool. Inside, our 3,000 square foot, five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is tastefully adorned and thoughtfully planned with you in mind.

Pets are welcome for a $100 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet which will be paid via VRBO resolution. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
Our lovely home is in a convenient and secure neighborhood. Please be considerate of this house and its neighbors. As this is a peaceful community, we ask that guests refrain from playing loud music, throwing parties, or hosting large gatherings.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Per the city's rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be off during quiet time.

Please note the maximum number of guests at our home is 12. We cannot allow any visitors inside or out that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

By booking, you agree to all house rules:

- ** Heating the pool or jacuzzi costs $5 an hour to heat, flat rate** This is the cost of gas that the city charges us. It takes about 1 hour to fully heat the jacuzzi, and it takes about 16 hours to fully heat the pool. It is the same rate to keep hot once fully heated. I will send a separate message with instructions on how to heat the pool and jacuzzi.

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out.

Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a fine.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Henderson quiet hours starting at 10pm are observed. You can still go outside and have a normal conversation at this time, but loud conversations will exceed the noise limit imposed by the City of Henderson.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves.

Occupancy - City of Henderson restricts up to 12 adults and children to sleep in the home at once. Infants do not count towards the maximum of 12.
