PETS -
- We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs with a pet fee. Just let us know if your pets will be joining and we'll be sure our pet amenities are made available for them.

TV -
All televisions are setup to use Amazon Fire TV. Fire TV has a voice dictation option which we keep turned off for privacy. Please do not change the Amazon Prime login, but feel free to login to any of your other streaming platforms.

SECURITY -
We have outdoor security cameras & a noise monitor which we use for operational purposes & to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We have 2 actively recording cameras overlooking both the front entrance & basement entrance.These actively record audio and video 24/7.

There is a noise monitor on the back deck/patio. It actively monitors noise decibels & does not record.

CHECK-OUT -
Check out time is listed at 10am but if we don't have guests coming immediately after you we will. happily extend that to 11am. Please just ask if you are unsure.
