Welcome to Sea Glass. Located in the 300 Ocean Mile community on the East End, just steps away from the beach and the state park. Multiple upgrades including new electric stove, dishwasher, under sink water filter, living room and dining room furniture. New interior doors and rooms have been freshly painted. Fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer located inside the unit. Luxury king-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom and an outdoor shower at the unit entrance. Beautifully landscaped beachside community with two pools. Park-style charcoal grills available in the pool area. Sand chairs and umbrellas available for guest use. Pet friendly with no extra pet fees (2 dogs max, no size limit.)

We spent 3 nights with our dogs at this well decorated and properly outfitted condo. Excellent amenities, courteous interactions with the host and perfect weather. St George Island is our favorite place in the Gulf because of dog friendly regulations and a laid back atmosphere. It took us a while to figure out how to make coffee with the Keurig style coffee maker using our bagged coffee but we eventually managed it. The dog gate at the back patio and easy access to water to clean the dogs before going back inside were bonuses We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -thanks!

We had a great time at this location. My favorite thing about this property was the close proximity to the beach. Just a short walk down the boardwalk and your on the beach. The new boardwalks look great. The area was quiet and not overcrowded. The property was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sea Glass! We are new empty nesters, so we were looking for a spot for just the two of us and our Golden Retriever, Charlie. Sea Glass, and the townhomes at 300 Ocean Mile, were just perfect. It's easy to find a giant house for multiple families at St. George, but it's not always easy to find a smaller, more reasonably priced place to stay. Sea Glass was it for sure! It's recently renovated so it's beautiful but still comfortable and functional. The community is really lovely, with a gorgeous pool in the middle, and the beach is just steps away. 300 Ocean Mile is right near the state park at the east side of the island, so it was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed meeting other couples and families on the beach or walking dogs. Sea Glass is well stocked with everything we needed for our beach vacation, including a well-appointed kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a cart for lugging all of our stuff down to the beach. Our host, Niki, was super responsive and helpful. She noticed we were struggling with the electronic lock for the front door and had the property manager drop off a key so we would have an easier time entering and exiting. We love St. George - we've been going there for 30 years - and we are very excited to stay at Sea Glass again soon. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Niki was a super host. Condo was fully stocked with anything you would need for your stay. Absolutely gorgeous view , would stay here again.

Wonderful!

The location is perfect! We stayed for a family vacation after my son’s graduation from FSU. The beach access is convenient, the home is very nice and Niki is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Very clean, close to beach

I was very impressed with the response of the host, the place was clean and perfect for the dog and myself. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Stayed 2 months in Feb and March. I absolutely would recommend this place.

Great place!

The condo was great! The beach chairs were a nice touch to have on hand. Highly recommend. The owner was really responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway! Dog Friendly!

Most relaxing vacation ever! Very convenient for our corgi!! The sand is cool to the touch even in direct afternoon sun. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to questions. We will be back!!

Best of Relaxing

This was such a great place. It had everything we could need. We love a quiet place, and this community was fantastic. It was quiet, people were respectful, and just felt so much peace. We loved the layout of the condo. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The bed was so comfortable. We will be booking this condo in the future.

Great for a 3 Day Weekend

This was our first stay in these condos and won't be our last. Access to the pool and beach was super close and easy to get to. The home was spacious and there were plenty of towels. The bed was super soft and slept like a dream! We will be back!

Amazing Location!

We had an amazing time at Sea Glass! The condo was cozy, and the location was unbeatable. My kids loved the centrally located pool, and we felt a great sense of community and friendliness from both permanent residents and guests. My son even found a pen pal! We would definitely return.

I am a corporate bankruptcy attorney licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida. St. George Island is my favorite place to be. I have been visiting since I was a child and have a lot of family in North Florida and South Georgia. My favorite thing to do at SGI is sit on the beach watching the sun rise, the dolphins swim, the pelicans dive, and the sun set! My partner, Michael, loves shore fishing from the beach with a cigar and a beer! We hope you enjoy our home and SGI as much as we do!
