Belle vue!

Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nuno était très accueillant et répondait rapidement à nos questions et a été aidant pour réserver une excursion. Très belle vue sur Albufeira qui est une ville très animée et un peu bruyante le soir. À 5-10 min de l’escalier roulant pour descendre vers la ville et la plage. Malheureusement l’ascenseur du condo ne fonctionnait pas depuis plusieurs mois et on avait pas été avisé sauf à la dernière minute alors que nous voyagions avec une personne à mobilité réduite. Étant donné que les condos sont fait en pente (1e étage pour eux, 2e étage pour les nord-américains) la piscine est en fait 5 palliers plus bas. Conséquemment nous l’avons pas utilisée, c’était trop de marches vu qu’on avait pas l’ascenseur. Aussi, le plancher était particulièrement sale, mais ça parait pas parce que les tuiles sont terra-cotta. On s’en rend compte avec nos pieds étaient noirs! Autrement, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire détaillé et pour vos remarques positives concernant l’appartement, la vue et ma disponibilité durant votre séjour. Je suis ravi de savoir que vous avez apprécié les équipements, l’emplacement ainsi que mon aide pour la réservation de l’excursion. Concernant l’ascenseur, je comprends parfaitement les désagréments occasionnés, en particulier lorsque l’on voyage avec une personne à mobilité réduite. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que l’information relative à l’ascenseur hors service figurait bien dans l’annonce et a toujours été communiquée via la plateforme. Je profite également de l’occasion pour informer que l’ascenseur fait enfin l’objet d’une intervention majeure et sera remplacé par un modèle plus moderne, la fin des travaux étant prévue pour février 2026. En ce qui concerne le fait que l’appartement soit situé au 1er étage, je regrette la confusion liée aux différences de nomenclature entre les pays (Europe vs Amérique du Nord). Toutes les informations concernant la configuration du condominium, la pente du terrain ainsi que l’accès à la piscine sont clairement expliquées sur la plateforme VRBO. Pour ce qui est de la propreté, je vous présente mes sincères excuses pour cette impression. Je peux toutefois vous assurer que l’appartement a été nettoyé et désinfecté le jour même de votre check-in, avant votre arrivée, par une entreprise de nettoyage professionnelle certifiée. Votre remarque est néanmoins prise très au sérieux et sera transmise afin de renforcer encore nos contrôles de qualité. I chose this neighborhood because it has been part of my summers for as long as I can remember. Since childhood, this area of Albufeira has been where family holidays unfolded — sunny mornings, slow walks, and days shaped by the sea.

Set in a quiet and safe residential area, the apartment offers sweeping views over the historic old town and the ocean beyond. From here, you can walk to Pescadores, Inatel, Peneco or Forte de São João beaches, or simply wander through the charming streets of the old town.

Everything you need is close at hand — cafés, restaurants, local shops and services — allowing you to enjoy Albufeira at an easy, unhurried pace, just as it was meant to be.
