The Space:

Patricia Grand 1806 at Big Fish Rentals

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Resort Quiet hours are 11 pm - 7 am.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Lounge by the large, newly heated oceanfront pool or spend some time in the indoor pool or relax easily in the lazy river or hot tubs, and kids will love splashing and playing in the kiddie pool! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. For an additional fee, we can even stock your fridge.

Close to airport, uber, tax and rental cars available!

Loved our little getaway to Myrtle Beach in this rental! Unit was as advertised with an even better view than words can describe. Excellent communication all the way through the process. Unit was clean, great location, again the views were extraordinary, and check-in/check-out was clear and seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved that we could bring our pup! Considering this property allows pets. The employees keep the property and grounds beautifully. Pet people are the best. Julie responded quickly to a concern and took care of it. This means so much! Unit was clean and comfortable. A plus was plenty of bath towels provided. The only concern I had was check in was frustrating. Make sure they ask for all information ahead of time and not when you arrive. Being older we aren’t as quick with technology. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Happy New Year! We plan to return!

The condo was in a great location and the ocean views were excellent. It was also very convenient as we were able to take our small dog with us. It’s right on the beach and the Patrica Grand also has pools and a restaurant. Cleanliness was about a 7, could use a good deep clean. Bathroom faucet was broken only had cold water. Pots and pans were minimal at best. Ended up buying some at Walmart. Overall we had a good experience and very much enjoyed the stay. We were there for a week and the room was on the 18th floor.

It was alright.

The view was spectacular and the room was decent; there was only piece of soap for the room, no shampoo/soap. No coffee. There were plenty of towels.

Great Area, veiw was the best. Patricia Grand was really great. Condo was fine. The floors were very dirty and shower curtain and bath mat had mold. had mold mat had mold.

Fantastic Room & Incredible Views!

Second time and as always our stay was wonderful. Puppy friendly, very clean, wonderful beachy interior theme with all the amenities. Add to that an incredible view and you have a small slice of heaven!!! Hoping to get a room on the Tippy Top 19th floor next time!!!!

Clean unit, beautiful views!

We’ve stayed at The Patricia Grand for the last 5 years because we like to travel with our dog so the resort is what you would expect for a pet friendly resort. The unit we stayed at was clean on arrival and had everything we needed for the week (towels, linens, utensils etc). The view from the balcony and full glass window was beautiful. We got clear view of the dolphins every day and could watch the sunrise from the room. Anytime we needed anything we got a quick response from Big Fish. We had a great stay in this unit.
