This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a private BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.
* There is a kitchenette with a table & chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Also a K-cup coffee maker with K-cups. One bedroom has a sofa and smart TV. Free high speed wi-fi. You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors.
* 1/2 block from St Louis Street including restaurants and Greer's Boutique Grocery store with rooftop bar
* One block from NOVA Espresso coffee
* Two blocks from Bienville Square and the buzzing Dauphin Street entertainment district with excellent restaurants from casual to fine dining, shops, bars, and the Saenger Theater.
* Three blocks from The Haunted Book Shop
* Six Blocks from Mobile Convention Center

Excellent location to Downtown nightlife, the Mobile Convention Center, and pretty much anything else you want to do in the downtown area. Rob was easy to communicate with and made sure all of our needs were met! The Greer’s Grocery located within a 2 minute walk is a great little place to visit for local brews and pastries. The rental is gorgeous with an old world feel. 10/10 recommend.

What a charming place! Absolutely loved it! Comfy bed! I’m obsessed with the bathroom tile, so pretty! Great location and communication with the host! I can’t wait to go back!

The apartment is beautiful and comfortably slept my whole party (5). Everything was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. It even had makeup rags for the end of the night. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely book again!

Apartment was wonderful! We walked up the stairs and came up on very beautifully decorated area in the living room and out to the balcony. Absolutely wonderful. It felt like we had reached our relaxation point. The beds were comfortable apartment clean shower was amazing. It was centrally located two blocks from downtown with the grocery store on the corner. Rob was in contact with us the whole time check in and check out was great. I’d recommend this apartment and we will be going back.

My new favorite home away from home when I travel to Mobile for work! The property is amazing! And Rob was a fabulous host making check in super easy. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a great place to stay in downtown Mobile. Easy walking distance to Dauphin, Greer's, and Water Street.

Lovely and unique, this rental was very interesting, eclectic, and comfortable. The shower is great with very strong water pressure, but it gets VERY hot. The marble floor on the bathroom is beautiful but also very slick. Beds are very nice and everything was clean. A knife set would be nice to cut bagles but that’s a small thing.

Great for our one-night stay, before our cruise. It was our first visit Mobile, AL and the city is rich with history. Enjoyed the cityscape views, Greers was a great place to visit and get dinner for the evening and last-minute cruise essentials. We requested early check in and got to meet the owners/host in person as they were in unit when we arrived. Friendly hosts indeed.
