Situated in Chambersburg, 43km from Shriver House Museum and 43km from Jennie Wade House, 3 2.5 bath interior Townhome offers Air Conditioning, with free private parking, the property is 41 km from Gettysburg Seminary Ridge Museum and 43 km from Gettysburg Museum of History. Eisenhower National Historic Site is 46km away and Sachs Covered Bridge is 47km from the Holiday Hideaway.

Upon entry, you'll encounter a calm and inviting atmosphere. The main level includes a half bathroom, dining area, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, sectional sofa with ottoman, and an HD 4K Smart TV.
Entertainment is taken to the next level with a full-sized Poker Table situated just off the living room. The gaming table and accessories are all arranged for your ultimate enjoyment.

The second-level foyer opens up to a spacious lounge/workspace equipped with a 2nd screen 24' Inch Monitor, keyboard & Mouse. The Bedrooms and Full baths are all located on the upper level. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and A Full Private Bathroom. The 2 Additional Bedrooms are located past the Office/ Reading Knook, down the Hallway just beyond the second Full Bathroom. Your host made sure to consider not only your comfort but your technical needs as well, by providing every room with ample storage and Charging Options. We are both active members of the community. We take pride in our attention to detail and enjoy planning social events for the community. We hope you find our property to be inviting and comfortable.

This Neighborhood is as close as we could get to "on-post" living in the civilian world. You will find a great deal of the families on our street are retired military. There is a comradery and sense of community amongst neighbors. Children playing, owners walking dogs, and backyard BBQs are a natural occurrence on the warmer days. It has a Suburban American vibe. It’s an active community, family events are a regular occurrence The location is ideal for gatherings with friends and relatives who live nearby in the city.

What makes our property unique is the entire space. This house is equipped for Adults to enjoy. The Poker / Roulet table speaks for itself. However, the high ceilings and open floor plan provide stellar acoustics for an enjoyable gathering. On the second level, the home is designed in a way where you can rest peacefully without interference.
