The entire home is for your private enjoyment for you & your paying guests. (exclusions are the "off-limits" area which is listed at the bottom)

MASTER BEDROOM
⚝King bed, with phone stands (and iPhone cables)
⚝ One phone stands, an Alexa speaker, and dark curtains.
⚝ 38" TV with a fire stick & remote.
⚝ Private bathroom (with a regular shower & tub).
⚝ Large closet space as well with the expected items one would find: hangers, iron table, & clothes steamer.

2ND ROOM
⚝ Private closet
⚝ Brand-new queen mattress
⚝ Coffee table with an 80' classic clock
⚝ Smart TV

3RD ROOM aka Kid's Room
⚝ Brand-new queen mattress
⚝ Yoga equipment (non-electrical)
⚝ Coffee table with a retro alarm clock
⚝ Smart TV

If your party is composed of 7-8 guests, I offer a superb and comfortable inflatable queen bed in addition to the other 3 beds. This exception is subject to approval from the host, as I am not able to offer this exception to every booking request. Additionally, extra guest fees will be incurred.

Both full bathrooms are composed of all the hygiene essentials and towels your reserved guest count may need. Please use it for yourself and only during your stay, and as intended.

Next to the living room, you will find a dedicated workspace [electric standup table] with an iMac you can use (using the guest profile) + charging ports.
Additionally, one large comfy pillow chair to relax in as well.

➡ In the open-designed living room, there is a comfortable sofa with a 62" Apple TV screen for your enjoyment.

✦ The family-ready kitchen is equipped with most of the items you may find in your own home. Moreover, these are some of the items you can expect to find ✦

All I ask is that you remember this is my home, and to enjoy them with care.

And, finally, if you bring your pet, they will have the backyard for themselves and free access to their sniffing Disneyland. Please note: The pet fee is for one pet only. If you plan to bring more than one pet, there will be an additional charge, and subject to approval from the host.


* Street & driveway parking is available free of charge.

- Garage.
- Small storage room between 2nd room and 3rd room.

Your cancellation policy is unable to be adjusted past the stipulated days or if you booked a non-refundable reservation.

UPON ARRIVING:
Take a moment to read the 3 (three) laminated papers that will be on the standup table; It will have useful information about the home (it takes less than 90 seconds).

MAIL DELIVERY:
It is possible to receive packages. However, I cannot be held responsible for missing mail.

SIDE NOTE I: a ring doorbell camera is present at the entrance door of the home to deter significant low levels of crime in the neighborhood and for your safety from highly unlikely intruders and/or any unauthorized guests. And, one ring floodlight camera is located on the driveway.

SIDE NOTE II: The home cannot exceed more than 6 guests (regardless if they are not spending the night without prior approval of the host.)

SIDE NOTE III: TVs do NOT have any online subscriptions. But, they do have all the usual apps for all your personal account preferences.

SIDE NOTE IV: AC has been tuned up late 24’, but it is an old system, therefore it can take a couple of hours to cool down to your desired temperature. Setting it to 60' does NOT make it cool faster. Please set it to 73’ and let time take its course.

SIDE NOTE V: If you book for 7 guests, please make sure to request in advance if you will need a 4th bed (queen inflatable) so I can prepare this for you. Alternatively, you may use any of the 3 beds as well, especially the one in the master bedroom since it is a California king-sized mattress.


HOUSE RULES I: Overnight guests who have not been part of the reservation are subject to an unauthorized guest fee/night. Please inform me if you plan to have guests over so we can avoid a sour conversation after/during your booking. NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME.

HOUSE RULES II: Pets that are brought to my home without being disclosed are subject to a $250 cleaning fee, per undisclosed pet.

HOUSE RULES III: Parties are NOT allowed, and it Is subject to an immediate cancelation of your booking without refund, and/or a $500 penalty fee. So, I suggest if that is what you're planning, my home is not the appropriate location.
