Adequate and quiet
The house has a great layout and the living room is definitely cozy for hanging out. The sheets are soft.
The kitchen is very tired -- don't expect to do any cooking -- the knives are dull and the Viking stove needs a good cleaning for the burners to work properly.
The shower leaves a lot to be desired -- mostly because the water pressure is too low.
The location of the house is the biggest bummer if you have a dog. There are no sidewalks and the speed limit on the street is 50 mph, so there really isn't anyplace to walk your dog safely.
Aside from dog owners, the location is actually pretty good as long you don't mind driving everywhere. It's a short drive to Asheville and a little shorter to Hendersonville,
