Great lication and accommodations!

Great location/nice views!

Condo was a great price for 3br/3ba! My two teenagers were absolutely thrilled to each have their own bedroom and bathroom on vacation. It was our first time staying in Cherry Grove, and we will definitely be back!

Spring Break

Had a great time. Property very nice location, everything was clean, plenty of kitchen stuff to cook or grill. Stovetop sucks, just because I’m used to gas. Property needs some TLC, but overall nice.

Spring Break

We had a fabulous time staying at this condo. The weather was perfect, and Leslie was an outstanding host!! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Good Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and quiet. It was very well stocked and equipped.The door lock needs to be fixed, (both the front door, and the sliding door).

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the top balcony. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible location, cozy space, stunning ocean view

North Myrtle was the last stop for a family road trip down to a wedding we were attending, and this property was a grand finale to our accommodations along the way! The beach view was gorgeous and rooms were comfortably furnished, with fans and standalone AC units, a washer and dryer, etc. Some amenities we're used to having provided at short-term rental properties, such as coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc. were not provided so we had to make some runs to the local grocery store to purchase. However, plenty of towels and beach supplies were available, as well as some essentials left behind by previous guests.

It’s actually a very heartfelt stay as we were intending to spend our annual fall trip to IRB but Mother Nature chose differently. Condo views were great. New high sand dunes made beach very difficult and accessible. General population in the fall is 60 plus. Sand dunes are not safe. Unit had machines to purify air??? Mold?? Windows are foggy and furnishing are super dated. Door lock didn’t work, no garbage bags or toilet paper after three days

Family Time

My sisters and I took my great uncle (88 years old) and my mom (81 years old) for a little get away. We were very pleased with everything and enjoyed our stay. The only thing was we thought there was a hot tub but they did not have one. My uncle was a little disappointed about not having a hot tub but he has told us numerous times how much he enjoyed our stay

Lovely Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed a long weekend as a family in this beautiful, well supplied condo. The hostess was helpful and responsive. The balcony offered gorgeous ocean views. The elevator was a real plus! Beach chairs, a wagon, new appliances, and washer/dryer in the suite. This one is exceptional!

Great spot!

We have stayed in MANY rentals in Cherry Grove over the last 30 years. This is one of a few that has 3 bedrooms of equal comfort. Generally, one of the 3 bedrooms in most units is "less than" w poor air flow, poor bedding, poor views, etc. These 3 bedrooms were all lovely AND the unit had 3 bathrooms as well. Straight shot to the beach. Nice poool. Very receptive property manager.

Great location and stay!

We had a great time at this property. Location great, right on the beach, quiet and easily accessible. Contact with owner was great with quick response. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry everything and a nice pool. Mornings on the patio for coffee provided an ocean view. Hope to be back soon!

As described, great location!

Great communication with owner, very clean and exactly as presented. Location is quieter which we wanted, only 20 units share the pool which was semi private at times. Recommended!

Great host and perfect beachfront location

We stayed for a week in mid-July and enjoyed our trip greatly. The location is perfect and so nice to have a large pool too, which was never crowded. The section of beach we were at wasn't crowded even though it was prime beach season, which was a nice surprise and it's right at end of the beach so a short walk to the point which has beautiful views and lots of space. Leslie was very communicative and went above and beyond when there was a fluke issue with the electric lock upon check-in; he made sure we got in okay and then drove an entire day round trip to come replace the equipment. The kitchen was well stocked and being able to use the host's beach/pool toys and beach wagon was so convenient. Good soundproofing between units- we never heard other guests next to or below us during our stay. There was also a stand-alone A/C unit in the living room and in one bedroom which was very appreciated and kept those areas nice and cool. We were there during some record-setting heat and dew point, so the central A/C did struggle to keep up a bit during the day. There are tower fans and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room which helped with air circulation greatly. We would definitely return to Leslie's condo for future family vacations!

Great 4th of July Getaway!

Wonderful, spacious condo with everything to make you feel right at home. Fantastic location, right on the beach with easy access and the views are outstanding! Leslie was very attentive when I mentioned a couple of items that were supposed to be in the condo were missing, he jumped right on it and ordered them from the local Walmart and they were delivered to us within the hour, highly recommend and look forward to staying again .

Beach Getaway

We honestly felt like we were staying with friends/family and felt right at home! We were able to check in early unexpectedly after a long drive which was a welcomed surprise. The condo was just as pictured and came with so many beach accessories our kids couldn’t even use it all! We had a couple of questions during our stay and Leslie was quick to respond and resolved our questions without a problem. We would very much recommend this unit and renting from Leslie! We will be definitely be back!

Peaceful Getaway

Leslie is wonderful to rent from. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time. He graciously allowed us access to the property almost five hours early. He was quick to respond to the few, minor issues we had. The property is very clean and well stocked with everything one would need for their stay. It’s located at the very north end of N. Myrtle Beach. It wasn’t crowded at all. You’re far enough away from the action of Myrtle Beach to enjoy some peace and quiet, but a very short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc… I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to the beach.

Enjoyable Stay

Condo was comfy and had great upgrades. Owner was readily available when needed. Great location on the quieter side of the beach yet close to grocery & restaurants. We would recommend this rental to others.
