This place has a great location just off the east slopes for skiing. We went in mid July for hiking so that did not really benefit us. The unit itself is a good value relative to other Steamboat places we viewed, but it is pretty tight and could use several updates (kitchen and bath especially). Very few of the condos in the area have any AC, so you are dependent on the breeze for any air. This unit does not really get any airflow (windows and slider door are on one side only and that side is opposite the typical breeze), so it got uncomfortably hot during our stay. Not the fault of the unit, just a fact. Bed is nice kingsize and comfortable, but tight in the bedroom. Awkward furniture layout, but functional. Nice to have a TV in living area as well as bedroom. Little bit of view off balcony. There is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the unit itself (2 flights of stairs) - there is a small elevator as well for anyone with disabilities. This place would probably be fantastic during ski season. Overall it was a decent place for us given the price and location.
