Enjoy the entire apartment for a comfortable and private stay. Parking is available for one car in the driveway, with additional street parking for your convenience.

Please note that the home is a triplex. The main front door, which is accessible to all units, opens into the main area of the triplex. However, rest assured that no one will have access to your specific unit without your permission. To access your private space, proceed to the unit doors within the main area.

Please note you may hear noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit.

★House Rules★

By booking this property, you agree to the following rules and terms. Please read carefully to avoid additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.

★Guests Rules★

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee in addition to the pet fee.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour.
• Maximum of 6 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs.

★Appliances & Maintenance★
• Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees.
• Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use.
• If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
• If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged.

★Left Behind Items★
• If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction without refund.

If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.
2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

★Pet Policy★

We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here`s our concise pet policy:

Allowed Pets:
• We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.
• All pets must be house-trained and sociable.
• Maximum of two pets per booking.
• Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher and Akita.

Pet Hair Cleanup:
If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.

We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and will not be included in the total reservation at the time of booking. We offer discounts for long-term stays on the pet fee. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Rules for Pet Owners:
• Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier outdoors.
• Don`t leave your pet unattended unless crated.
• Minimize noise and disturbances caused by your pet.
• Clean up after your pet inside and outside.
• Use pet-specific bedding to protect furniture and linens.
• Report any damages or accidents caused by your pet promptly.
• Maintain control of your pet around other guests and neighbors.
• You`re responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

By booking with your pet, you agree to comply with these guidelines, including the pet fee. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and affect future bookings. Additionally, please note that any unauthorized pets staying at the home will result in a $500 fee on top of the pet fee.

This home is located in a classic Cleveland neighborhood with an authentic urban feel. It’s a safe, diverse, and vibrant area full of culture and local character. While it may not have the polished appearance of newer suburbs, it’s a safe and welcoming area with real character. Many guests appreciate its charm. Please don’t judge the neighborhood by appearances alone, if you’re looking for a luxury or upscale area, this may not be the right fit. We will not issue refunds based on neighborhood appearance or setting.

★Shared Building Notice★

This unit is part of a duplex (2nd floor), and while we ask all guests to be respectful, some noise from the neighboring unit may be heard during your stay. This may include footsteps, voices, or normal household sounds. Please understand that we do not control or manage the guests in the adjacent unit, and occasional noise is a possibility in any shared building.
By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise and agree that no refunds, cancellations, or discounts will be issued due to noise from neighboring units.

Guest acknowledges and agrees that once the booking is confirmed they shall not initiate a chargeback or
dispute with their credit card issuer or payment provider.
