Centrally located, 8 minutes from the El Paso Int'l Airport. 3 minutes from I-10, The Fountains and Cielo Vista Mall in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood.

This lovely recently renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom home offers an open floor plan with a large living and dining room area and gourmet kitchen.

Outdoor security system with guest access for safety concerns.
Working/business area with printer.

Only guests scheduled to stay at the property are allowed on the premises, no one else. No parties or get togethers permitted.
Grill must be left clean, turn off grill and propane tank. ONCE cooled replace cover. There will be $15 Charge if grill is left dirty and uncovered.
Garage not available for vehicles or storage, only for access and use of laundry facilities. There’s plenty of parking on the property.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood

This is a 10/10 house - great location and quiet, nice neighborhood, close to the mall and I-10 as well as only 7 minutes from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was even better than described and the host was wonderful! I was recovering from surgery and the house was comfortable and peaceful with a beautiful backyard. I will definitely book again when I have follow up appointments.

Home Away from Home

The property lived up to its name. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and central to the amenities in town. Carmen had decorated and stocked the home in a very thoughtful way, paying attention to the little details to meet her guests needs. This was a perfect place for our trip. "Friends"

Every Year a group of High School friends get together and this year we held it in EL Paso. Carmen's home was a Perfect fit for us and our needs. As soon as you walked into the home there was a warm and inviting aura about it. Nice open floor plan, comfortable beds, relaxing backyard to enjoy your coffee.
