Overall the condo was fine and did offer nice mountain views. Unit itself was clean and well stocked though hot water boiler/teapot would have been useful. Recycling container was also not available. Master bedroom did not have bathroom door so no privacy for shower/sink area from beds (odd configuration). Walls were somewhat thin so noise from outside/neighbors was sometimes an issue. The garage was heated/opener handy but had some issues w/other tenants using the space. Food store nearby was nice. But restaurants were quite a drive especially in the snowy weather. Main concern: It was not near the ski slopes which was our main reason for staying in Park City. It took 25-35 min depending upon time of day from unit to Park City Mtn Resort. Travel to historic area was slightly less but not nearly "minutes away" as the listing stated. The city bus stop was noted as "walkable" but I could not find one near by and buses were not running on regular schedule. Security Deposit was a very high I thought, too. Finally, to help future guests, an info packet of restaurants, bus schedules, food stores, travel times to points of interest, ski lift ticket and rental options, etc. would be very helpful. The medical info, fire emergency and 911 fact sheet was very good.
