Downtown loft in the heart of Tuscaloosa. The building is located on University Blvd in downtown Tuscaloosa and is walking distance to UA, stadium, restaurants, and bars. This unit is on the second floor, with one flight of stairs. There is street parking available and also a free public parking deck a block away.

The master bedroom has a TV, king bed, two nightstands, two chairs, closet, and two windows overlooking the downtown bar scene. Bedroom 2 has a full bed, closet, and two nightstands. Each bedroom has its own half bath. There is one shared shower/tub room that has a private entry from each half bath. Towels, linens, soaps, shampoo/conditioner will all be supplied during each stay. The living room has a small couch, one chair, and a large TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, plates, Keurig, and some spices. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for your use. Wifi is available.

PLEASE NOTE this loft is located in the downtown entertainment district and can be noisy late at night. We do furnish box fans in each bedroom to help.

Preferred Tuscaloosa Stay!

This is the perfect spot to be for quick access to everything! Great nearby food options, easily accessible and a clean, well maintained space. Would absolutely stay here for every trip to T Town if it were available.

What a great stay. Great location and comfortable. Didn’t cook but had everything we would need to cook and liked having the washer/dryer. Love the area.

Another great visit!

Perfect place to stay when visiting UA. Close enough to walk to game and location is near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Second visit and plan to book again in the future.

Parents weekend

Great spot close to restaurants and campus

My sister and I went to visit my son at University of Alabama on a game weekend. Had a great time and a wonderful clean space to come back to each evening!

Amazing location and condo

We stayed here for UGA/Bama game, and the location could not be better! The unit is so well equipped and was perfect for our stay. They even provided welcome treats. 😁

Amazing in Ttown

This property was so lovely. Close to campus and close to restaurants. Stayed here so I could move my freshman home for the summer. The loft was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Will definitely book here again.

Perfect Tuscaloosa Stay!

Excellent place to stay ! A true Gem ! Perfect downtown location, Next door to my favorite restaurant. It is beautifully decorated, the pictures do not do it justice, much lighter and airier, w lots of lights and sunlight. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds, good water pressure, easy access, good internet, n host available for questions. Best place we have stayed in 4.5 years.

Fantastic find in Tuscaloosa

Hidden gem in downtown Tuscaloosa! First, it’s in a great location. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere downtown. Everything is exactly as described and they have decorated beautifully. It’s set up perfect for a short stay with plenty of towels and many little things that most units these days do not have. The communication is outstanding and I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfection

Man I can't say enough about this cool, artsy space! The beds were super comfortable; there was soap and shampoo in the showers. We didn't cook but it was a fully stocked kitchen including spices and oils. Brian and Jamie were really quick to respond when I had questions. They even left us with some wine and chocolates and a personal note. We will be spending a lot of time in T-town over the next 4+ years and will definitely stay here when it is available.
