With a King size bed, two twin beds a full size bed and a sofa that becomes a queen size bed it is a place where you can relax and enjoy your day in a peaceful and centrally located home around family and friends. 5 minutes away from the highway, the hospital, the mall, bowling alley and hundreds of restaurants to enjoy. 15 minutes from all 3 international bridges the Zoo and downtown Brownsville as well as 30 minutes from South Padre Island and Space X.

Guest has access to the entire house except the storage area on the front of the house and the closet in the main bedroom which will be locked and unaccesible. The house has a two carport located inside the property for their use. There is privacy fence all around the property as well and would like for the gate to remain close.
