The host family is very attentive to any needs you may have. The place is as described. It's a very clean refurbished older home. Seligman is quite a place for tourists and you are right in the middle of it all the action, yet have great privacy.

Fun stay in Seligman!

We had a great stay at the Villa! It had everything we needed in the middle of Seligman, and we were able to have a front row seat to day and night on Rt. 66. So much fun!

The house is at an excellent location and very clean. Great walking distance to the local shops. Very quiet area and very friendly people.

Comfortable and Clean.

This is our second time here and it definitely won't be our last. Anna Marie is friendly, communicative, and overall great. Rick keeps the property in great shape and between the two of them they make sure this is a great and relaxing place to be. Well within walking distance of all the neat things to see in town. Thank you for the great place to stay when we are there.

Just what we needed

This home was adorable, spacious and clean. Loved staying there while in Seligman. Great location - walk to all of the tourist spots. Definitely will come back!
