About this space
Visually wow! Take it easy or enjoy it all at this beautiful unique tranquil “Seaside” Waterfront getaway. It’s a comfortable Beach House style home that sleeps 6 + guests. Amazing Sunsets with boating, fishing, paddling and swimming right outside your doorstep! Perfectly located in Northport’s wonderful Waterfront Village. Just a short stroll away to great restaurants, european bakery, nice shops, art galleries, live music, outdoor concerts and festivals. The renowned Engeman Broadway caliber Theatre. Weekly Farmers markets. Local Breweries, Wineries and Museums including the Vanderbilt Estate with a fun Planetarium. And the world-class Paramount Live Nation venue is nearby. “Seaside” is conveniently located an hour from NYC and the East End of Long Island. “Seaside has it all! Enjoy!
The space
“Seaside” is a 2 story Beach style home with great daylight. Private yet convenient within a few minute by foot to the Village. You can also walk to the beaches and parks. The LIRR has a stop 5 minutes away. Boat slips are available next door

There is 37 STEPS to “Seaside” from the road to its bulkheaded private property. There’s a separate Boathouse Cottage on the property. Parking is free on the residential Street. “Seaside” is located on the waterside of the Street. Boat slips are available at the main Village Dock & privately next door & Kayaks ⚓️ TV

The host was very helpful and gracious. The house has beautiful views and was a great place for my family to visit together. Very short walk to downtown restaurants was a great bonus.

This is a quiet and beautiful spot on the water. The outside space is perfect to relax or get some sun. The inside space was relaxing and very comfortable. The host, Richard was wonderful and very responsive.

Our family recently into town for a family wedding. This beach house was a convenient 5 min walk to the cute downtown area with shops and restaurants, and was only a 15 minute walk to the wedding. We loved the property. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had stunning views on the water. On the first night we had an amazing sunset. Swans and geese swam up as well. Our host was very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Northport

This home is right on the bay with a huge deck and easy walk to all the shops and dining. The home is large and beds all comfortable. Richard was a great host and made sure we had a cool house despite an unexpected heat wave.

Beautiful Waterfront Property

We loved everything about our stay in this Northport home. Richard was so kind and Made everything easy and comfortable. The view was incredible and I loved sitting out on the deck with my coffee! The short walk to the bakery and park with our dogs was one of my favorite things to do there. Highly recommend the sunset cruise with Captain Lee from Just Us cruising too! Perfect family getaway!

Family Get Together over Thanksgiving

A glorious setting on the water highlighted by varying tides, massive swans and a variety of boats gliding by. As serene and peaceful as it gets and only blocks away from a plethora of great restaurants, bagel shops, boutiques and more. The Northport Hotel (tremendous restaurant) offers rooms at 450 per night so the value of this home speaks volumes. A rarity in a very upscale market. Owner Richard is incredible affable and attentive.

Waterfront beauty

You cannot beat the beautiful views that this lovely home has to offer . The owner Richard could not be more attentive and accomidating. Northport is a fabulous town with so much to do . We would return in the future❤️❤️❤️

Great views and privacy

Our family stayed here for my youngest wedding at our house. It was perfect because they brought their dog with them from Connecticut. It was scenic and had queen beds for my brother and sister in law and their adult children. Owner was extremely communicative and straight forward. We rented three other properties in Northport and none were as responsive as Richard was. In fact, another property neglected to leave sheets or bedding for their pull out and overnighted sheets left my cousin without bedding for one night. Richard had all the bedding prepared. Most responsive and preparec of the four hosts we had in Northport
