Wonderful Stay!

The cabin was super clean, modern and perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed being close to town but still having the privacy of a cabin. Don’t hesitate to book here if you are exploring Gatlinburg with your family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again Mtn Laurel Chalets did not disappoint. the whole experience was perfect. Secret Hideaway was amazing, from the easy access, although the driveway is steep, to the view and topnotch appliances. The home was clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with hot tub but with MLC's amazing customer service it was taken care of less than two hours. The man they sent was there in ten minutes, the hot tub guy showed up shortly after both men were a pleasure to talk to. Thank you, MLC for another wonderful visit to Tennessee and to all of your staff for their exceptional efforts to ensure we had a great vacation. I highly recommend Mtn Laurel Chalets and Secret Hideaway to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg. This is our third year in a row staying with MLC. Why go anywhere else?

The ladies at the office where we check in are always so sweet and helpful and the check in is always fast and easy! The cabin was spectacular!! Beautiful, clean, spacious, and lots of games for our kids to play. Was definitely one of our most favorite stays yet!! We even had a bear come up to our cabin so that was definitely exciting. Can't wait to go back.

We did not see any bears at this cabin but there are plenty in Gatlinburg so keep and eye out. View was great, a lot of privacy. It’s very close to the strip also. Loved it!

Just a few minutes drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. It was great to have a close and quiet place to come back to with a 10 month old. One tip - if you're visiting when the days are longer and with a little one, you may need to bring blackout curtains. The house has a beautiful view with lots of windows, but it makes it hard for the little ones to sleep until the sunsets!

Fantastic little cabin close to town!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with another couple friend. This cabin is perfect for a group of friends, or 2 couples looking for a nice getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the cabin had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed cooking breakfast together. In the afternoon, we would walk into town to enjoy what Gatlinburg has to offer. The only downside to this cabin is the steep hill it sits atop, but that is just what happens when you vacation in the mountains! Overall, extremely happy with our stay and will likely be returning soon.

Perfect for a couple but there is a bed and bath in the loft upstairs. The only problem is the surrounding areas. Across from the entrance to the cabin is a junky storage shed. It wouldn’t be bad if it was cleaned up. And right below the cabin there is a junky gravel lot that has never been cleaned up. Otherwise there’s a great view of Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The only negatives are there were thousands of dead lady bugs on the deck. We had to sweep them off to use the space. There were dozens of dead lady bugs in the main floor's bedroom, so it had not been vacuumed prior to our stay. Fortunately there was a vacuum so we took care of it and afterwards during our stay only a few more ladybugs came inside. The driveway is very steep, so be careful. The location is excellent. Close to everything.

There is a parking lot just down the hill, and it's easy to just park there and walk downtown Gatlinburg. Then you can very easily walk back to your car and avoid all the traffic for a 2 minute ride back to the cabin. We also loved the hot tub and game area. The only issue we had was the downstairs mattress is not very comfortable and probably needs to be replaced. The upstairs one was great, though.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment you see the cabin when you arrive and you open the door for the first time, the cabin leaves you breathless, it is beautiful, super comfortable, you have everything you need. Me and my wife had a bbq, we enjoyed the jacuzzi (multiple times haha), it was incredible. It won't be the last time we stay in this beautiful cabin just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg
