This tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath historical home is clean, comfortable and spacious. Located in the historical zone just one block off Sonoma’s Plaza, an easy walk to restaurants, tasting rooms and shopping. Fully furnished, includes all utilities. Rent by the month or longer.
This 1,979 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a California king size bed, an en-suite full bath, walk in closet, sitting area with a tv and desk. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom a twin size bed. Both guest bedrooms have a small desk and share a full bathroom in the hallway. Additional areas include a living room, dining room, large kitchen with center island and kitchen nook, laundry-room, private patios in both the back and front yards.

I am from Sonoma and this house has been in my family for more than 60 years. It really couldn’t be in a better location. I am renting it out fully furnished 30 days or longer. I plan to live in this home someday. I hope it brings you as much joy as it does me.

2nd St East is honestly the best neighborhood in the town of Sonoma. It’s charming with large historically registered homes, has great neighbors, is one block from the the Plaza, one block from the bike path and yet very quiet at night.
この宿泊施設の特徴
My home was built in 1895. It was originally the home of the town Blacksmith. It was remodeled carefully in 1989 and again in 2010 and has been well taken care of for generations. My family was recognized with an award for historical renovation by our local historical society.
