Lovely spacious master guest suite with private driveway situated on a beautiful 2 acre estate property, one short block off Sonoma Square. Historic home, built in 1876 has separate entrance and privacy.
It has been featured in Architectural Digest and California Homes Magazine.
The gated secure entrance leads to your private parking area adjacent to the beautiful guest house. As you enter the Bungalow, a front porch seating area leads to your Master Suite.
The Burbank Suite features a king-size bed, private bath with shower/tub, dining area, as well as sitting area next to the fireplace.
The dining area has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and serving pieces. The table has fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and coupons for shops in the area.
French doors lead to a private patio and outdoor seating in a beautiful park setting.
Off-street parking. Walk to shops and restaurants. Relax and go back in time to simpler quieter days...
