Lovely spacious master guest suite with private driveway situated on a beautiful 2 acre estate property, one short block off Sonoma Square.
The Cedar Mansion is an historic home, built in 1876, that has a separate entrance, parking and privacy.
It has been featured in Architectural Digest and California Homes Magazine.
The Burbank Suite has a separate gated secure entrance that leads to your private parking area adjacent to the beautiful guest house. As you enter the Bungalow, a front porch seating area leads to your Master Suite.
The Burbank Suite features a king-size bed, private bath with shower/tub, dining area, as well a sitting area next to the fireplace.
The dining area has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and serving pieces. The table has fresh flowers, a bottle of wine as well as coupons for shops in the area.
French doors lead to a private patio and outdoor seating in a beautiful park setting.
Off-street parking. Walk to shops and restaurants. Relax and go back in time to simpler quieter days...
