Upon entering, you'll take notice of the effortless open layout, brand-new furnishings and flooring, and modern amenities. A wonderful spot to simply hang out, the living room's plush sofas and large smart TV are ready for family nights. The adjacent full kitchen radiantly gleams with its updated appliances, quartz countertops, and coffee station.

Splashed in sunlight and adorned with high-quality linens, the home's primary bedroom boasts a smart TV, easy outdoor access, and a sizable en suite bathroom - complete with a walk-in shower. Just as well-decorated and inviting, the additional three bedrooms also have personal TVs and central air. The littlest members of your family will adore the Disney-themed mementos lining their bedroom.

Extending the fun, the converted game room boasts an air hockey table, pool table, ample seating, and a new washer/dryer.

Stepping outside, gaze up at the bright blue sky as you splash in the private, turquoise pool. A pool gate is available to protect the little ones. Alfresco dining is available for all of your tropical meals, and the poolside loungers are ideal for afternoon reading sessions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
