A sophisticated 3BD/3BA villa in the desirable Little Tuscany neighborhood .
Conveniently located off renowned Palm Canyon Dr, this newly furnished and remodeled home has it all! A gourmet kitchen equipped with new appliances and everything needed to enjoy meals at home. A tranquil breakfast nook is off the kitchen with views of the pool and yard. A counter height bar with 4 bar stools boarders the kitchen. For more formal dining ,there is a table for 6 in the dining area. 2 spacious living areas with a cozy fireplace .2 bedrooms with on suite private baths as well as a “adult bunk room” with a queen over king bunk bed. Oasis style back yard with outdoor dining, umbrellas, lounge chairs, a lagoon style pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. In the evenings, enjoy sitting around the custom tabletop fire pit for some stargazing.
30 day minimum rental.
Utilities credit for gas/electric is included. Additional fees are renters responsibility

この宿泊施設の特徴
The backyard area has a spectacular pool and spa. Misters are all along the back of the house to keep you cool in the summer! There is a beautiful custom fire table with seating around it for the chilly winter evenings. The property is beautifully maintained with mature palms and flowers. The built in grill is perfect for hosting friends and family!
