Beautifully renovated duplex off of Ponce de Leon, located in sought-after Downtown Decatur. This Bungalow is 10 mins away from Atlanta's BEST including Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens, Beltline, MLK Historical Park, and Little Five Points. This modern property is also 5 mins from Emory University, CDC, and Agnes Scott! The home is equipped with all essentials for a wonderful stay! Enjoy two bedrooms with a smart TV in each and tempur-pedic mattress and pillows. Speedy wifi and NEW everything!
The space
This Earthcraft certified greenhouse is a beautifully decorated and freshly renovated abode. Come back to heated blankets, tempur-pedic pillows, and make yourself at home in this pristine Bungalow.

This cozy home includes central heating & AC, and additional fresh air filter, hard wood floors, white linens and towels and a full washer & dryer. The living room also includes a smart tv, and a beautiful reading nook. The kitchen features electric stove, microwave, keurig, and nutribullet. The neighborhood is well kept, safe and secure.

The bungalow was adorable and was perfect for our 5 day stay around my best friends wedding. The host had plenty of towels, luxury shower gels and excellent shampoo and conditioner. There were plenty of mirrors around the house to help with getting ready. There was coffee and even snacks which I found extremely sweet! Host was accommodating and even checked on us during the stay. It was the perfect location for us, nestled between my friend's wedding venue and downtown Decatur....ample location with tons of bars and restaurants super close by. Plenty of parking on the street which we preferred and the stairs to the side of the driveway were lit and safe to access at night. We loved this little gem of a place. Best VRBO experience I've ever had!

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! The decor was modern and very cute! The Host, Nikola, was amazing and very informative and responsive when whenever i had a question

Work trip

House was very clean and nice, didn't expect the very steep driveway and parking spot but since the weather was good this was fine. Main bathroom needs a rug as floor was slippery. Checkin and out was easy and neighborhood is ok except for very busy road out front.
