Welcome to this charming and comfortable 4 storey house in Dartmouth, Devon. The house is located centrally, on a quiet road, just 7 minutes walk from Dartmouth's bustling town centre. Take a stroll along the beautiful harbour side and enjoy the stunning views along with the vast array of quaint shops, cafes and restaurants that Dartmouth has to offer.
The space
The house - Lymbrook Villa is a newly refurbished and spacious 4 storey property, which is central to the main town of Dartmouth; just 7 minutes walk.
The property has 3 bedrooms which hosts up to 6 guests with 4 beds available - (One King size, One Small Double and Two single beds)

Upon arrival you will enter into a large, spacious kitchen/dining area which could also be a great space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table that seats up to 8 guests, perfect for large family meals. The area also has a TV, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large stove.

There are two living rooms in the property and each have a TV, two 2-seater sofas and original ornamental fireplaces, giving the rooms a comfy and homely feel. Please note the fire places are not in use and are for ornamental purposes only.

The house has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. One bathroom compromises of a bath with handheld shower attachment and toilet and the other has a walk in shower and toilet/wash basin.
There is also a ground floor toilet.

There is also an enclosed, paved courtyard with a seating area for anyone wishing to dine outside.

Parking is available on the driveway which will fit 1 large car OR two small cars, making this an ideal place to stay. There is also on street parking in the area, some of which is paid and some is not paid but this is subject to availability.
