Best Home to Share with Family and Friends! This Beautiful Home consists of two levels. The ground level has a 3bedrooms 2 bathroom, the second level has a 2bedroom 2bathroom. You can rent one level for 1 couple or small group or both levels for two couples or larger group.- RATES ARE PER LEVEL !
- Each beautifully decorated, fully furnished with all the comforts of home away from home. Ample living, dining rooms, equipped modern kitchens, Granite Counter Tops, State of the art stainless steel Small/Large Appliances, central air, fans, WiFi, washer / dryer. Include all towels and linen.
- Downstairs: Queen size bed in master bedroom, Queen size bed in 2nd. bedroom, 2 twin oversize beds In 3rd. bedroom. - Upstairs: Queen size bed master bedroom, Queen size bed second bedroom (option 2 over sized tween size beds)
- Fenced Tropical back yard with gazebo sitting area, hammock, ample Patio, outside dining area, Tiki Bar by the Pool.
- BRING YOUR BOAT or rent one! our 75’ dock has water/electric/hands free fish cleaning station, large gas BBQ grill and provides Immediate Access to the Bay, and through Tavernier Creek, Access to the Ocean in Just Minutes for all water sports and great fishing!- Our location gives easy access to Known beaches, Modern shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, movie theater, game room, pub, fast foods, post officeand hospital. Close to everything yet private and secluded.
