この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Hyde Park is one of Johannesburg's most exclusive Northern Suburbs. It is one of the most affluent and picturesque, while only a short drive to Sandton CBD. The neighborhood boasts a world class mall called Hyde Park Corner. It has excellent restaurants and high end designer shopping. This mall is only 300 meters from the apartment estate! If you are a golfer like me, the Wanderers Golf Club is also only 15 minutes away!

I visited Johannesburg in 2022, and has the pleasure of staying in an Airbnb in this same estate. I was blown away by the high end finishes, the world class amenities and 24 hour security. In fact, the biometric security system the estate uses, featured functions I had not seen before back home in Maryland! My experience was so impressive that i teamed up with my wonderful host, who was kind and gracious enough to introduce me to the listing agent, and the rest is history!
