Lake Effect | Channelfront Condo, Steps to Downtown Grand Haven

THE TRUE NORTH Presents… 🌊 Lake Effect | Channelfront Views & Walk to Downtown Grand Haven

Watch boats pass along the Grand Haven channel from this spacious three-bedroom condo, ideally positioned between downtown and the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Multiple outdoor spaces make the waterfront setting part of the stay: coffee on the private bedroom balcony, a BBQ on the main deck, and views of sunsets, seasonal fireworks, and the Grand Haven Musical Fountain without leaving the property.

The condo sleeps up to 8 across three bedrooms (two queens plus a twin/trundle room) and a queen sleeper sofa, with 2.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 3 and a dining table for 6.

Guests also have access to the community's shared outdoor pool. Grand Haven City Beach is about 1.2 miles away, with downtown restaurants, shops, breweries, and tasting rooms all within walking distance.

From coffee beside the channel and afternoons at the pool to beach days, downtown dinners, and sunsets from the deck, Lake Effect makes it easy to experience the best of Grand Haven from one walkable waterfront setting.

The house was great! I'm from GH and always wanted to stay at these houses downtown. Location is close enough to walk downtown and along the channel. House was plenty large enough for two families, each with 2 kids. Probably could have added 2 more kids comfortably!

I wish the description for property had noted that it was “ off season” already at. We arrived on 9/14. Several places were closed or had shortened hours. The screen in the upstairs bedroom had a big hole in it so I wasn’t able to open the door on the deck and let fresh air in. Also, there were several light bulbs out throughout the unit. The worst was that whomever rented it before us hadn’t put out the trash and the garage had probably 100 or more flies. It was like an Alfred Hitchcock movie. Haha. The unit overall though was very clean and a perfect location!
