Welcome to the northwest suburbs in this very relaxing, quiet and established neighborhood. Contemporary design and convenient location define this 1500 square foot home. Comfortable furniture and high quality mattresses further ensure an enjoyable stay with quick access to Arlington Park Metra, Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg and popular downtown Arlington Heights with dining and
entertainment options. Lounging on the back deck with access to a roomy yard are an added benefit.

A well stocked kitchen and two gathering areas provide plenty of room for vacationers to spread out or to come together. A dedicated work space rounds out the amenities in this home .

This is an amazing property. We use VRBO a lot and it is one of the better homes we've rented. Nice quiet neighborhood, renovated and updated home. Everything you can think of that you will need during your stay. We had our 8 month old granddaughter and they had a crib (pack and play), high chair, booster chair, plastic plates, cups, and silverware. Immaculately clean. This home back up to a busy street but it is fenced and tree lined. Very little noise. I was trying to think of something we would like different and after a lot of thought we would like either hangers on the door or the wall in the middle bedroom. We would (and probably will) rent here again. I wish all properties were like this.

Just perfect

Our family needed a last minute place to stay for a funeral and this place exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. The host has stocked this rental well with items you might need! Thank you!

Perfect Family getaway

We stayed here to spend Thanksgiving together with our son enrolled at a nearby college. The place was clean, well stocked and had nice personal touches giving us a comfortable stay. The sitting area adjacent to kitchen was great for a busy cook to still relax or have family right there to chat. Adri was very responsive and great communication. The area was close enough to the freeway for access to everything we needed. Would definitely consider booking again!

Wonderful and clean

We came in for a weekend for my friends daughter's wedding. The house is on one level, which is great because I can't do stairs anymore. There was everything you would need in a home. Kurig, microwave, airfryer. full fridge and freezer. The patio was a lovely place where i did my meditation with my morning coffee. There was a lovely strip mall very close with wonderful restaurants for breakfast and lunch. We will book this one again when we want a weekend away in chicago.

Amazing experience!

We loved this place! It is a great location for us near extended family and shopping. A quiet neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and it had great amenities! If we had needed an air fryer, they had one! This place is amazing. Highly recommend! We’d love to come back!
