Birthday Beach Trip

Location is amazing and access to the beach is great. Was super convenient. House furniture was a little outdated and uncomfortable (couches and some beds) but for the most part was well maintained and clean. Everyone had a blast and no one had an issue with the house. Management company was very responsive and friendly.

Roach infested and filthy

Had to clean before our stay. Nasty house, roaches, ants, dirty carpets, disgusting bathrooms, and outdated. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. No pride of ownership. Basement bedroom is like a dungeon and entry is gross. Zero stars.

I am reviewing your reservation and I do not see that you attempted to contact us about these concerns at all during your stay. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay for all our guests. We have on site maintenance technicians as well as access to housekeeping teams and vendors who would have been able to address all of the concerns you raised. We have sent our team to the property to review these concerns and there has been no roach infestation found. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences and we will use them to improve our services for future guests..
