- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Please adhere to these timings to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for next guests.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or on the property of the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so by the dog park and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

- Parties, gatherings, and loud events are not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

- Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm.

- The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
