Cozy and Comfortable home with easy access to Hwy 60 and Springfield!

Enjoy your stay in this 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 living areas.
The main living room has a large sectional and gas fireplace great for spending time with family and reminiscing over memories made. Living room number 2, we affectionately call it "The Wood Room" is cozy and great for relaxing and unwinding.
The master bedroom has a king platform bed with attached master bath.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Living room 2 has a pullout sleeper that makes into a double.
There is a deck out back with plenty of seating as well as a firepit and gas grill. There is a big backyard that is privacy fenced great for the kids to hangout and play.
The home is located just off of Hwy 60 with easy access to all surrounding communities.
The home has a 2 car attached garage but is not included with the booking.

We had a great visit and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very quick to respond. This was our 2nd time staying here. Its a perfect location with a large open yard.

The house was clean and well appointed. The location was also handy. The photos on VRBO lead us to believe we would have access to the garage. However upon arrival we discovered that was not the case. There was some sort of cleaning business using the garage as storage. Several cars coming and going at odd hours. Difficulty accessing the driveway. When we contacted the management company they were quick to respond, and the “after dark” cars in the driveway stopped.

Stayed here while visiting family in Springfield and Billings. Was a great location. Also took a run down to Millers Park and back one morning.

Nice and clean. Easy access. Bathrooms were clean. Shower was beautiful. Love the easy access to the washing machine and dryer. I would prefer a tv in the main bedroom or living room area because that back room gets a little cold. Overall a nice stay. Conveniently located. I would stay again. Thanks!

My daughter was getting married in republic and we booked this adorable home! It was perfect for Family from out of town and getting ready during the day. Everyone felt cosy and comfortable. This home was stocked perfectly with everything we needed. Refrigerator was very spacious to hold items for wedding. Fresh flowers were on the kitchen table very thoughtful! So many towels and Kleenexes everywhere it was perfect! I cannot say enough of how I enjoyed staying in this home and how the owners have really tried to make it cosy and a home away from home. Oh also, the decor was great!

House is located in a nice quiet area. The backyard area was such a great spot to relax at the end of the day! Inside the house was nice and spacious. We did have to go out and buy more cleaning supplies and a few kitchen utensils that weren’t at the house, but not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area. Thank you!

Relaxing family vacation

Was very relaxing. A nice place to stay after a long drive frim Washington state with 3 kiddos. Host was very responsive to any questions. The house was beautiful and clean way more comfortable than any hotel. It was a home away from home.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina and Charles’ place for a wedding weekend in Springfield. The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and appreciated having access to a full kitchen; it made the trip feel like home. Thank you for being great hosts!

Updated & Very Clean Stay Near Spring Creek Estates

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this updated and very clean home for a wedding at Spring Creek Estates in Republic. The house boasts multiple modern updates throughout. While the add-on room was a bit warm, we easily fixed it by placing a fan at the entryway to direct cooler air in. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. There are many special touches that made it feel like home away from home. We enjoyed the lovely deck and the lodge style room. The house is spacious and was perfect for our needs. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful.
